The Benefits of Slavery & Colonialism – The ‘Mind’ of Mutty Perkins

Mr. Perkin’s essential argument is that we have not sufficiently grasped the benefits of slavery and colonialism. He is confused as to why slavery and colonialism has such stigma.

Mr Perkins has a certain style of argument. Note them well:

  • ‘Look here nuh’ – a delay
  • Hahahaha – Laughing out like Santa when a point is made that he cannot refute
  • Use of irrelvant and unrelated historical facts to make outlandish points. Japan had a completely different colonial past. It is a relatively resource poor country, so it were not such big target for exploitation.
  • Lapses in logic – ‘whitewash’ is still racist in how it is used as the intent it to make the unacceptable clean and acceptable. Please get a dictionary Mr. Perkins.
  • The most famous is a commercial break, or even ‘technical difficulties’ after which the call is lost.

You know what hurts me the most? The fact that people call in and say how much they have learned from ‘the thinking person’s programme.’ We have a lot of healing to do.
